And together with my son Alejandro Tamayo we created Oldtable Catering. I have more than 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry and my son Alejandro recently began his passion for this industry with a little more than one year of experience.
Seeing the dedication, discipline and love that my son puts into food, we decided to start our own catering business. That is how Oldtable Catering was born.
